In June 2024, the technical team of Beijing Huacheng Qingda Technology Co., Ltd. attended the PALL filtration industry technical training in Shanghai. The training was organized by PALL China Technical Center to provide partners with the latest filtration technology knowledge and industry application solutions.
Training Content
The training covered PALL filter applications across key sectors:
- Microelectronics & Semiconductor: Ultra-pure water filtration, CMP chemical mechanical polishing slurry filtration, photolithography chemical filtration requirements and product solutions
- Biopharmaceutical: Sterile filtration, mycoplasma removal, virus clearance filtration technical要点 and regulatory compliance
- Chemical & Food/Beverage: High-temperature liquid filtration, high-viscosity material filtration case studies
- New Product Demonstrations: Latest UCA Capsule CMP filter capsules, SUPRApak deep filter sheets and other new products
Hands-on Practice
The training included practical sessions where team members operated various PALL filtration system installations, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures. Through hands-on practice, the team gained deeper understanding of PALL product technical characteristics and improved their ability to solve practical application problems.
The team also exchanged insights with technical representatives from other PALL distributors across China, sharing technical challenges and solutions encountered at customer sites.
Results & Outlook
This training further enhanced HCQD's technical capabilities in filtration technology, laying a solid foundation for better serving North China customers. The company will continue strengthening its technical team and improving professional service levels to provide superior technical support.
